Pothier Hits 27 lbs Gone in 4 Weeks!

Pothier doesn't think her first month photos show much, but that's to be expected. They never do, but that doesn't mean 27 pounds lost in 4 weeks isn't a very impressive number. Pothier is doing the Butt Kickers Fast Weight Loss with 100% raw food and a minimum of 1 hour of exercise a day. Job well done Pothier!

Dark Blonde Hits 25 lbs Gone!

Dark Blonde has been working a slower program, but she is very happy with her progress. Here is what she said in her weigh in post yesterday:

I'll tell you what I felt today. Just before I got on the scale I really believed that imperfection would catch up with me and I'd be hit with an irrational huge gain, just like every other "diet" I've been on. But no, I had a nice loss and a new low. Wow. Every other diet was a huge injustice. I'd follow the rules and white knuckle it, only to have paltry losses and baffling gains. That alone created anxiety, anger and frustration that somehow eating would relieve for a moment or two. After losing 25 pounds now, I look back and it was all pretty easy. Other times when I've lost that much its been a huge struggle and oh, so hard. Its like I couldn't face going through that again, and perhaps a good binge would get me off the hook. Or at least be fun. I'm actually looking forward to my next 25!

Okay, I tried six months of, "oh that's okay, you'll do better next time," and as usual, it doesn't work. That doesn't mean I'm mean! It just means I'm back to pushing everyone a little harder and not letting them use life as an excuse to not achieve their goals. Ahhh, back in my element!
