We talked about the black hole of depression today.  The black hole that makes us not care and makes us eat.  Sometimes I have fallen into the hole by accident.  Other times I have defiantly jumped in.  No matter how many times I find myself into that hole, Carlene reaches in and pulls me out; thank God!  Today she said, "stay away from the black hole.....find happiness."  Today I decided that Carlene is right.  The black hole only brings misery and pain.  Today I stayed away from the hole.....I didn't even get near it.  Thank You Carlene!

Fast Weight Loss Services

Are you considering weight loss surgery? If so I may be able to help you lose the weight just as fast without gastric bypass or bariatric surgery.

I have been coaching obese women for over three years on fast weight loss over at Raw Food Boot Camp. I admit it is easier to do a simple low fat raw diet than to bother with all the fuss of cooking and cleaning, but if you want to lose weight fast, you do not have to be limited to such an all or nothing diet.

The reason bariatric, gastric bypass, and lap band surgery work is because they force you to eat less. There are some studies that suggest after surgery there are changes that take place in your body that affect how you metabolize food, but is it worth the risk?

I don't think so.

It takes discipline to stick to a low calorie, high exercise diet, but it works. If you are willing to make fast weight loss a part-time job, then I can help you get that 100 lbs gone in less than a year, (I did it in six months) but you have to be willing to work hard. There is no magic pill, it is all on you and of course my daily prodding to keep you on the straight and narrow.

Weight loss is not the final answer though, so be prepared to tackle your eating problems such as emotional eating, fat habits, and all those fat brain lies you will prefer to listen to over me. I have heard it all, so don't expect me to be too sympathetic when you fall, but I will always be there to pull you up by your shirt collar and push you forward, again, and again, and again.

Fast weight loss isn't for everyone, and it doesn't have to be, but if it is the only way you can see to lose your weight, and you are willing to work for it. I can get you there.

Don't go after bariatric, gastric bypass, or lap band surgery. Lose weight fast on your own, the healthy way with food and exercise. Change your relationship with food and life and make the loss permanent.

Together we can make this happen. When we talk on the phone the first time, I will be honest with you and help you decide how you need to beat your obesity. Each person is different, each person is willing to give at different levels. There is nothing wrong with slow and steady, I support that as well, but if you need fast weight loss then you can have it without weight loss surgery.

Food, exercise, and attitude are the key components for success in whatever weight loss plan you choose to tackle your obesity.

100% Simple Low Fat Raw

If you want to do a simple low fat raw foods diet and you have tried raw before, we can start there from day one! I will get you through detox and help you pick and choose the right foods for you. Each person is different, some can tolerate some oil and avocado, some can't. We will find what works best for you, but start out with the fast weight loss method I have used successfully at Raw Food Boot Camp for years. We will not be using the Fat Brain Lies Workbook during your program although if you are a Windows user you will get a free copy that you can do on your own.

Everybody Else

If you are not going to do simple low fat raw foods, then the first two or three weeks we will work on designing the perfect diet for you as we work through the Fat Brain Lies workbook. I know, I know, you want to drop 20 lbs today, but how can you start a successful program if we don't know what that program is? Your diet will be geared toward your eating preference (that does not include chocolate or fried chicken!). Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, or omnivore, you can learn to eat for fast weight loss and feel satisfied while doing it. I don't believe in starvation, I don't support fasts, I believe in eating whole foods and getting plenty of exercise. You will never eat less than 1000 calories a day on this program, and I will probably insist that you keep that number closer to 1200 so you can lose weight fast without jeapordizing your health.

If you think you are not capable of exercise, trust me, I will prove you wrong. I know from experience that if you can walk from your chair to the bathroom then you can improve your muscles to the point of getting the type of exercise needed for fast weight loss.

Think about it, think about it hard before agreeing to bariatic, gastric bypass, or lap band surgery. Fast weight loss does not require a surgeon's knife, it only requires your intense desire to regain your health.

Together we can achieve the same results, if not better, than weight loss surgery!
