We talked about the black hole of depression today.  The black hole that makes us not care and makes us eat.  Sometimes I have fallen into the hole by accident.  Other times I have defiantly jumped in.  No matter how many times I find myself into that hole, Carlene reaches in and pulls me out; thank God!  Today she said, "stay away from the black hole.....find happiness."  Today I decided that Carlene is right.  The black hole only brings misery and pain.  Today I stayed away from the hole.....I didn't even get near it.  Thank You Carlene!

This program has been an answer to a prayer and a definite means to an end; the end of my weight loss ups and downs forever.  When I first started, I had such anxiety if I had to think about food but that is what led to a life of obesity.  I never took the time to think about food until I was sitting in front a fast food drive thru speaker.  When I first talked to Carlene, she said, "I want you to think about everything your eating now so you don't have to obsess about it for the rest of your life."  Now, making healthy choices has become a way of life.  It's not a diet to me anymore, it's just the way I live.  My snacking now is fruit instead of chips, chocolate, etc.  I have fleeting thoughts about bad foods but I am confident enough in myself now to remember that my health is most important.  You truly are my "angel" Carlene.  Thank you!

How do I spell SUCCESS? CARLENEJONES.COM . I have been dieting since I am 8 years old. I have been up and I have been down. But, I have never felt in control until now. I owe my success to Carlene Jones. Carlene has taught me how to eat what I want and still lose weight. I never feel deprived. I feel healthy and in control of my destiny for the first time in my life.

I started my journey with Carlene at Raw Food Boot Camp and was successful but could not sustain that way of eating. I am very head strong and stubborn. Carlene can attest to this. I really got my monies worth with this program. It was not only a learning process in what foods I should eat but showed me just how stubborn I am and now I know why I stand in my own way. I feel as if my body and mind are working together in harmony for the first time in my life.

Goal for First 4 Weeks:

So many obese women have passed through the doors of Raw Food Boot Camp without ever making it to their second week, never mind their second month. Although we all want instant results, I believe it is better to spend the first couple or so weeks in review and to take stock of where you are in the mental game of obesity.

For all except those returning to a 100% low fat simple raw diet, the first two to three weeks are about about weight maintenance and discovery. We will begin working through the Fat Brain Lies e-workbook together to determine what your true maintenance calories are, your true eating habits, and your real reasons for quitting diet after diet. As we work through the book and other assignments together, we will find the perfect diet and exercise program to get you started on proper weight loss.

After we decide together what your best long term solution is you will start weight loss mode while still in the discovery mindset. The first week of weight loss mode will be set for steady weight loss. If fast weight loss is important to you we will move there as soon as you feel comfortable. We will be doing a lot of tweaking and refining as we go. Our goal the first six weeks is to find a livable, individualized diet that will get you to your goal. No more yo-yo dieting. No more starvation or binge eating.

Each person has their own limit for how much they are willing to work toward weight loss. It is my job to see that you understand the ratio of work to weight loss and set realistic goals. To be successful you must accept how your body and mind work when it comes to your relationship with food. It is only then that you can embark on your final weight loss journey.

I know you want instant success. You want fast weight loss, now. You can have it, but how long will it last before temptation, emotions, habits, and just that desire to eat and eat and eat take over once again. Be smart, and do this the right way. Let's find the perfect diet so you can find peace with what you are doing and enjoy long-term success. Isn't it better to drop 100 pounds in 8 months to a year, rather than dropping 50 your first two months, hitting burnout and then quitting? I think so.

Goal for Consecutive Programs:

After the first four weeks we will focus on keeping you on the program we designed together and tweaking it as needed. We will also work on Emotional Eating and Breaking Fat Brain Habits. After the first four weeks the major goal is to keep you working on your relationship with food. This will be different for each client and will be an on-going progression so you can learn to stand up to your Fat Brain and take control of your food rather than it controlling you.

Requirements for Private Support for the Obese/Features:

  • You must be 75+ lbs overweight to start first 4 week program or have received prior approval from Carlene.

  • You must speak English and live in a country on this list.

  • You must have internet access and a home or cell phone.

  • Before photos: I will put them in Window users' personalized e-copy of Fat Brain Lies before sending you your workbook for the first six-week program. If you choose to keep your photos private these will never be seen by anyone but me. If you choose to save the $50 per four week session and agree to let me share your photos then your face will always be blurred. No one will ever know it is you. If you have a complete aversion to photos then you can opt not to do the e-copy of Fat Brain Lies and for an additional $24.95 purchase a hard copy of the book.
  • Start scale photo: your feet on your scale with weight shown. Not for public display and is required of everyone regardless of whether you are going to share your photos or not.

    If your scale does not go up to your weight, go check out the My Weigh Body Weight Digital Talking Bath Scale XL 550 lb # Capacity Black for approximately $50. It is the one I bring to events with me. Some complain it isn't to the tenth of a pound accurate when they get on or off multiple times in a row, but if you need a scale that goes past 300#, it is accurate enough and reasonably priced.

  • 1 hour phone chat to discuss your expectations, physical limitations and to get you started (a $70 value). Your official start date will be the date of your first schedule called, not the day of payment, and not the date of this initial call. If after our first one-hour phone call, if you feel I am not the right coach for you or that you are not comfortable with my program, you will have 24 hours to cancel your membership and receive a 100% refund. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, if I do not believe we are a good fit after this phone conversation, I will notify you within 24 hours and refund your complete payment. The refund and 1 hour phone chat only applies to new clients. Remember it is your responsibility to let me know within 24 hours if decide to cancel. No refund is available after that 24 hour period.
  • Twice a week 20-30 minute phone call to review and adjust your program. I will call you at scheduled times (a $280 value).

  • Two written assignments each week: These assignments follow along with the e-workbooks which Windows users will receive free (a $19.95 value) with your four -week membership. The e-workbooks will be personalized to you and you will agree that you will not share them with anyone else on the internet. Mac users will be emailed worksheets until the e-books are available in a Mac reader or they may purchase a hardcopy of the workbook for $24.95 in the US or Canada. Assignments will be done on a schedule we decide together, the workbook emailed to me after each assignment. I will review them prior to our phone conversations where we will review them. The personalized eworkbook is different from the one you download from the ObeseMe site. The one you download cannot be emailed back and forth between us, you must use the one I send you.

  • Daily Tracking of food on FitDay.com Fitday is a free nutritional analysis program. You will track your food, weight and exercise daily on the internet version so I can review it prior to our phone chats. There is also a journal area that you will use and I will read prior to each time I call.

  • Daily Email as needed within reasonable limits.

  • End of Program Photos and Weigh In - If you choose to keep your photos private these will never be seen by anyone but me. If you choose to save the $50 per program then your face will always be blurred. No one will ever know it is you. If you do not send in your final photos within 1 week of of finishing the program you will be invoiced for the $50.

  • End of Program Review by you - These are for the website, only your comment, User Name, State, Country and total Loss will be made public.

    Once or twice (based on Support Level purchased) a week 20-30 minute phone call to review and adjust your program. I will call you at scheduled times (a $140 - $280 value).

  • Daily Tracking of food on FitDay.com Fitday is a free nutritional analysis program. You will track your food, weight and exercise daily on the internet version so I can review it prior to our phone chats.

  • Daily Email as needed within reasonable limits.

Weekly wiegh in with a weekly email check in. This program is by invitation only to clients how have lost 50+ pounds and I beleive have a handle on their program.

Monthly Level V Support - $0 USD

Monthly wiegh in with a monthly email check in. This program is by invitation only to clients how have lost 100+ pounds and I believe have a handle on their program. No phone call is included.

Other Support Options:

Total Support - $1000/Month USD

Monthly Goal is the same for Level I Support.

Requirements/Features are the same as for Level I Support.

Additional Feature:

Extended phone support. Up to three 15-20 minute calls a day, 7 days a week, initiated by the client between 6AM and 10PM Pacific time. I cannot guarantee I can answer the phone each time it rings, but will respond within 1 hour of receiving a message. If I am going to be unavailable for longer than an hour, I will leave a message on my voice mail. I reserve the right to cancel this membership with a prorated refund at my discretion.

Individual Phone Support - $35 USD per Half Hour

This is for one-time phone support of 30 minutes.

A Free Month of Support - $0 USD!

At my discretion, I may offer a free month of support at the client's current support level in exchange for a client letting me take their story and photos with face unblurred, public on this website, ObeseMe, Raw Food Boot Camp and any other publications I may offer. This is only for returning clients who have lost 80+ pounds.

Other options may come available in the future. Fees and services are subject to change.

I am not a medical, mental health or fitness professional, just a woman who found a way out of obesity and now shares that knowledge and guidance with others. Please speak with your physician before starting this or any other weight loss program.
