We talked about the black hole of depression today. The black hole that makes us not care and makes us eat. Sometimes I have fallen into the hole by accident. Other times I have defiantly jumped in. No matter how many times I find myself into that hole, Carlene reaches in and pulls me out; thank God! Today she said, "stay away from the black hole.....find happiness." Today I decided that Carlene is right. The black hole only brings misery and pain. Today I stayed away from the hole.....I didn't even get near it. Thank You Carlene!

Important Note: Unless you have already done low fat raw before and feel confident you can do it for a full month, I do not recommend you start with this program! You didn't expect to hear that, now did you. .
With that said, let me tell you that I do know how to get you to drop the weight fast, but it isn't easy and when in drill sergeant mode, I don't handle excuses well! If you are game, you could lose around 15-20 lbs in 28 days.
This is a 28 day on-line program of hard boot camp style weight loss. There are no daily audios, no daily assignments, just a daily log with me and an area to commiserate with your peers. You will be expected to walk each and every day for a minimum of 1 hour to start and by the end of the first two weeks be up to 90 minutes a day.
Each day in your log you will report to me on all the food you ate the day before and all the exercise you did. My gloves will be off, so if you aren't looking for a drill sergeant then this program is not for you.
Only a 100% low fat raw food diet is supported. There is a minimum of 1000 calories a day requirement. Bananas are limited to one per day, dates are not allowed. Avocado, oil, and nuts are allowed as long as you keep your fat calories below 20% of your daily calories. Smoothies are allowed, but at a maximum of 20 ounces per day. Juicing is not allowed because at low calories you need the fiber from your fruits and veggies, not just the sugars.
This camp is just to get weight off fast. I am not going to work on fixing your eating problems. This is about getting you through 28 days of fast weight loss.
You will be required to use the food analysis program at www.fitday.com. Daily logging in Fitday and with me will be mandatory.
This is not a program for anyone who is not dead serious about getting the weight off fast and willing to do the exercise it takes to get that weight off. I am a tough coach when in boot camp mode.
This program is only for those who know they can do a 100% simple low fat raw diet for fast weight loss. If you have no done raw before, this is not the program for you. Instead transition to raw with a 4 week Finding Your Perfect Diet program.
Exercise is walking, hiking, or elliptical machine in your fat burn heart rate zone, for 1-2 hours a day. Working with a fitness trainer outside this program is alright as long as you do the walking. Additional aerobic exercise or weight training is okay, but it never replaces the walking.
Be ready to work hard and stay tough! You could lose 5-20 pounds in 28 days. It all depends on how much you are willing to give!
